In Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu, 34-year-old Suresh Kumar was not happy when the stolen bike was recovered by courier. Two weeks ago his bike disappeared from the parking lot during a workshop. He had also filed a report for this. But the police asked him to take action after the lockdown citing Covid-19 being trapped in the case. He took video footage into his phone and found out about the bike thief from nearby people. Suresh told, When I showed the video to the neighbors, He recognized the thief.
Suresh Kumar was not convinced by this and started his bike-theft investigation at his level. They watched all the CCTV footage around. In one such footage, he used to ride someone on a bike. Suresh said that someone told that this is Parasnath, a resident of Mannargudi. Who works in a bakery in Kannampalayam Pirivu. I came to know that he has gone to his house. Actually, Parasnath, a resident of Mannargudi in Thanjavur district, was caught in the lockdown. Distressed when no means were found, they stole Kumar’s bike and went home with him. Later, When he finds out that the owner of the bike has identified him, Paras decides to send the bike back to avoid any problems.

After this, Parasnath courier him on the paper address of the bike. Kumar said that he was shocked when he got a call from the courier firm. He said, I am very happy that I got my bike back. However, as a transportation charge, I had to pay Rs 1400 to the firm, but the bike is in good condition. Kumar said that he has informed the police. He does not want to pursue the matter.
