Raj Kundra completed a week in the clutches of the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police in the case of pornographic film production and business. Raj was arrested by the Crime Branch on July 19. Since then he is in the custody of the Crime Branch.
Meanwhile, Raj has challenged his arrest in the Bombay High Court, which is to be heard today (Tuesday). Raj’s police custody is also ending today. Now it remains to be seen whether he will get bail or will have to stay in jail.

Late on July 19, Raj Kundra was arrested by the Crime Branch for producing obscene films and airing them through the app. On July 20, Raj and Ryan Thorpe were produced by the police in Magistrates’ Court. The court sent both of them to police custody till July 23.
In the evening, Mumbai Police gave detailed information about the matter by holding a press conference and told Raj Kundra to be the main conspirator in this whole case. With the arrest of Raj Kundra, many statements also came out. Gehana Vashistha supported Jahan Raj saying that his videos were not obscene. Poonam Pandey reminded her of her old case.
