Aam Aadmi Party has suffered a major setback in Uttarakhand. Colonel Ajay Kothiyal, who was the chief ministerial face of AAP in the Uttarakhand Assembly elections here, left the party on Wednesday. He has sent his resignation in this regard to party convener Arvind Kejriwal.
Ajay Kothiyal stayed in AAP for about 13 months
He has written in the resignation that I had joined the party on 19 April 2021. And now I am leaving the party on 18th May 2022. He stayed with the Aam Aadmi Party for about 13 months. He has written in a letter to Kejriwal that keeping in mind the sentiments of ex-servicemen, ex-para-servicemen, elderly, women, youth and intellectuals, I am resigning from the post.
