This decision has taken in a meeting of Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) headed by Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal. It was told that the rule of odd-even issued to open shops will also end. However, the night curfew will continue.

It has said in the meeting of DDMA that cinema halls will open with 50 percent capacity and there will a discount if 200 people attend the wedding ceremony. Apart from this, government offices in Delhi will open with 50 percent capacity. However, educational institutions and schools will remain closed for now.
