Ajinkya Rahane scored a century against hosts England in 2014. Rahul is the 10th Indian batsman to score a century at Lord’s.
He completed his second century in Test matches against England in 212 balls. Rahul looked comfortable from the start in front of England’s pace bowling attack. He did not find any difficulty in facing bowlers like James Anderson and Ollie Robinson.
It is also worth noting that Rahul has also become the first batsman to score a century in the 2021-23 cycle of the ICC World Test Championship.
