Students of Jamia Millia Islamia have, for the past few days, been opposing the highly controversial Citizenship Amendment Act. There was a clash between the Delhi Police and the students, in which the police used batons and tear gas shells. In this police action, many students have been injured.
As the report sparked sheer protests about police brutality against unarmed and helpless students. The students of Jamia Millia took to the streets. The next day to raise their voice against the atrocities happening on campus.
The protesters give their slogans, in powerfull monstrations, creating human chains and reading the Preamble of the Constitution. However, humanity is not dead yet, and no amount of violence can be taken away from the students. This became apparent when a video, taken on Monday, showed students momentarily stopping their protest from making way for an ambulance passing through the area.
