How has yoga helped him survive? Malaika further says, ‘Tomorrow, 10 October is World Mental Health Day. Here’s a small confession. I thought I was bulletproof until it struck me that I was not emotion proof, my mind playing games with me I didn’t know the rules of. I survived because of yoga. My breaking point came one day when I was in my first few yoga classes and my tears couldn’t stop. I was save from my inner storm. I would never call myself bullet proof because none of us are. I will put myself in the way of making constant efforts to become stable and healthy mentally, physically and emotionally.
