South African smartphone maker Mobicel has added another device to its portfolio, named Legend Max. The model is the successor to the previous vanilla legend which was launched back in 2020. The company has made many changes compared to the previous model. Its design is a bit different and the features are also good.

The company has worked on the design and other interiors to make it look like a real upgrade from the previous model, but it is still outdated in comparison to today’s fast-growing technology. However, the display is the USP of this device as it has a massive 6.8-inch screen.
The phone draws its power from the UNISOC SC9863A CPU, which has an 8-core CPU with a maximum frequency of 1.6GHz. The GPU unit is PowerVR GE8322. RAM is still at the bottom as only 2GB of RAM is offer on the Legend Max along with 32GB of internal ROM, but happily there is a slot for an SD card.

The Mobicel Legend Max gets three sensors at the back. The main lens is a 13MP shooter, along with two additional auxiliary lenses. The front camera is a single 8MP lens.

The phone has a good 4000mAh battery and a fingerprint scanner has given on its back. The operating system is Android and it does not offer much variety when it comes to colors as it is available only in green. Mobisell has priced the Legend Max in South Africa at $119 (about 9 thousand rupees).
