MP Schools Closed : CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has decided to keep all the schools in the state closed till 31 January 2022. In view of the increasing corona cases across the country, the Madhya Pradesh government has taken this decision. Private schools of classes 1 to 12 in the state will also remain closed from January 15 to January 31, 2022.
The pre board examinations were to start from January 20.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan further informed that the pre-board examinations in the state were to start from January 20, which will now enable take-home examinations i.e. students will be able to solve papers at home. Also, all sports competitions in the state will be organized without spectators.
Earlier, the Chief Minister had said that schools can run all classes with 50 per cent attendance capacity but the government has decided to keep the schools closed till January 31, reviewing the third wave of corona in the coming days.

These events can be political, religious or educational. The state government has banned large rallies, and gatherings.
