The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has issued a notice to Twitter India. In which a 9-year-old girl raped and murdered. Action has sought against the handle of Rahul Gandhi for violating the POCSO Act by posting pictures of the girl’s parents. This information has given by NCPCR Chairman Priyank Kanungo.
It is to be known that politics has heated up over the gang rape and murder of a 9-year-old girl in Nangal, Cantt area of West Delhi. In this case, on Wednesday, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reached the victim’s house and met the family. During this, pictures of Rahul Gandhi meeting the parents of the girl released from the Twitter handle.

While holding a press conference in this regard. BJP Spokesperson Sambit Patra said, ‘We will request the National Crime Records Bureau on behalf of the BJP today. That the way Rahul Gandhi did Section 23 of the POCSO Act and the Juvenile Justice Care and Protection of Children Act. Section 74 has violated. NCPCR should take cognizance of it and issue notice to Rahul Gandhi.

Accusing Rahul Gandhi and Kejriwal of doing low-level politics. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra said, “We strongly condemn the rape of a small girl in Nangal, Delhi. Law and order is working consciously on this and more than four people have arrested. Trying to do politics in rape is the lowest level of politics.
He said that yesterday Rahul Gandhi tweeted that Dalit’s daughter is Hindustan’s daughter. There are no two opinions in this. He must get justice. But are the Dalit daughters of Rajasthan, the Dalit daughters of Chhattisgarh and the Dalit daughters of Punjab. Who are subjected to heinous crimes, not the daughters of India?
