The number of patients has increased continuously in the country, due to the lockdown where people are facing problems. At the same time, the state and central government are trying their best to help. Following the growing impact of the coronavirus, many state governments are demanding to push the lockdown forward.
In this episode, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has requested the central government not to start train and air service till April 30. At the same time, educational institutions in the state will remain closed till June 17. The number of coronavirus-infected cases in India has increased to six thousand, while a total of 166 people died due to the epidemic in the country.
Please tell that a 72-year-old man died of coronavirus at AIIMS Hospital in Bhubaneswar in Odisha. It was the first case of death due to coronavirus in the state. On the other hand, a 51-year-old woman in Dhenkanal, Odisha and a 69-year-old man from Bhubaneswar are COVID-19 tests positive. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday indicated that the lockdown could be extended further within the country.
It may note that a third hospital has been prepared in Odisha to deal with Kovid-19. A 500-bed hospital in the state capital Bhubaneswar has specially designed to treat corona-infected people, which has a facility of 20 ICUs. After the increasing number of patients, the government is entirely ready.
