Royal Enfield, a two-wheeler manufacturer that makes performance bikes in the country, has announced a price hike for some of its flagship models in India. The company has said that the increased prices are effective from January. The price hike of Royal Enfield has affected popular models like Classic 350, Meteor 350 and Himalayan motorcycles.
Price of Royal Enfield Classic 350 model range.
As per the latest price hike, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 model range has seen the least increase in prices. Classic 350 is the best selling motorcycle of the brand. The biggest hike, which is over Rs 4,000, has been seen in the Himalayan range of bikes.
Price of Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Fireball Range.
The prices of Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Fireball range have been increased by Rs 2,511. The ex-showroom price of these bikes now starts at Rs 2.01 lakh and goes up to Rs 2.03 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Meteor 350 lineup has seen an increase of Rs 2,601 on each variant of the stellar range of bikes. The price of the stellar range of Meteor 350 now starts at Rs 2.07 Lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 2.09 Lakh (ex-showroom).
The top-spec model Supernova in the Meteor 350 lineup has seen the biggest price hike. After an increase of Rs 2,752 per variant, the price of this range now starts from Rs 2.17 lakh and goes up to Rs 2.19 lakh (ex-showroom).
Price of Royal Enfield Classic 350 range of bikes.
The price of Classic 350 range of bikes has increased between Rs 2,872 to Rs 3,332 depending on the variant. The entry-level Redditch Classic 350 will now cost Rs 1.87 lakh (ex-showroom). While the top-spec Chrome Classic 350 will cost Rs 2.18 lakh (ex-showroom).
Price of Royal Enfield Himalayan range.
Prices of all bikes in the Royal Enfield Himalayan range have increased by more than Rs 4,000. Prices for Silver and Gray Himalayan will now start at Rs 2.14 Lakh (ex-showroom). While the Black and Green Himalayan will come at an increased price of Rs 2.22 lakh (ex-showroom).
Apart from these three range of motorcycles, Royal Enfield sells three other models which include Interceptor, Continental GT and Bullet. However, there has been no change in the prices of these motorcycles yet.
