Smartphone sales Start on Flipkart, will be delivered from April 20

The coronavirus has resulted in a lockdown across the country. But from April 20, i.e. tomorrow, the e-commerce site’s delivery service will start. However, the government has issued new rules for this. At the same time, Flipkart has started taking orders for smartphones keeping in mind the government guidelines. The company says that orders for smartphones such as Realme 6, 6 Pro, Asus, Poco X2 and Iku 3 will accept in all parts of the country except West Bengal and Karnataka.

Flipkart has released a banner on the official site saying that we are ready to reach people with their smartphones of choice. Our delivery service will begin on April 20. Apart from this, our customers will also get attractive offers on purchasing smartphones as before. The company has further stated that the delivery time of the mobile will be 10 to 15 days.

According to Home Ministry officials, from April 20, e-commerce sites like Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal will start shopping for electronic products such as smartphones, TVs, freezes. Let us know that recently the Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla has issued revised guidelines regarding the extended lockdown till May 3. After which a senior official of the Ministry has confirmed it.

Gadgets NDTV reports that electronic products such as mobiles, laptops and TVs will start selling on e-commerce sites from April 20. Although, e-commerce companies will require to take e-passes for delivery. Explain that in the guidelines issued earlier, e-commerce companies were allowed to deliver only essential items.

The new guidelines regarding lockdown will allow trucks carrying goods and couriers to move. Although, the condition is that there will be only one person on the truck beside the driver who will be a helper. Also, the driver must have a license. Significantly, recently Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced to extend the lockdown till May 3.
