Suzuki Motorcycle India is preparing to introduce a new scooter on 18th November. However, the company has not yet told what the name of its upcoming scooter will be. The company has released a teaser video of its new two-wheeler.
According to the report, it is expected that it will be an electric scooter to compete with the Bajaj Chetak and the new Ola S1. It could also be an electric version of its popular Burgman maxi-scooter. But that’s less likely as it doesn’t look like a maxi-scooter from the Japanese automaker.
Look and Design.
However, the company has not yet announced the official name of the scooter. But it has given a glimpse of some important features of its upcoming scooter. As per the available information, the styling of the scooter will be quite sporty. The handlebars will feature blinkers, while the front apron will house the front main headlamp assembly. Also, the angular design of the two-wheeler is striking with the use of neon yellowish highlights based on the dark color theme. Apart from this, it is expected that the full LED lighting and exterior styling will be inspired by the moto scooters.
Apart from this, the scooter will be equipped with a fully digital display as the teaser suggests. The display can be connected with Bluetooth on the smartphone so that many connectivity features of this two-wheeler can be used.
What will be the range?
As far as the driving range on full charge is concerned. The battery powered Suzuki scooter is expected to come with a full cycle range of at least 100km to 150km.
How much will the price be?
The company has informed that it will officially launch its new scooter on Thursday, November 18. Since it will compete with the Ola S1 electric scooter and TVS iQube EV, its starting price is likely to be kept around Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.20 lakh.
