The motion poster of Hansal Mehta‘s next directorial film ‘Faraaz’ has been released. Jointly produced by Anubhav Sinha Productions, Bhushan Kumar, ‘Faraaz’ is an action thriller depicting the Holi Artisan Cafe attack that shook Bangladesh in July 2016. Jahan Kapoor’s film has announced.

Its ultimate victory in the face of violent adversity. Though it is based on true events, it is also a deeply personal story which I have held close to my heart for almost 3 years now. I am glad that Anubhav and Bhushan are supporting this story and enabling me to make this thrilling drama exactly the way I envisioned.
This film Faraaz is based on the real incident of Dhaka.

The film chronicles the events in Dhaka on the night of July 1, 2016, where five young terrorists ransacked an expensive cafe and held over 50 people hostage for nearly 12 hours.

Faraaz : Anubhav Sinha told black day
Anubhav Sinha said, “Faraj” is a human story based on one of the darkest days in modern history. This is a film that is close to our hearts. From launching new actors to keeping the right eye on the film, we have done our best. It is a film that will give the audience an in-depth look at what happened that night. As much as it is a story of hope and faith, it is a story of terror and loss.

Jahan Kapoor will be seen with Aditya Rawal in a film in Faraz. Bollywood stars from Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Kartik Aaryan to Rajkummar Rao, Emraan Hashmi, Prateek Gandhi to Taapsee Pannu and Mohit Suri began a 12-hour live countdown on Wednesday unveiling the posters on social media.
