Update on Raju Srivastava’s health: He is doing well and responding to treatment; his condition is stable.

Raju Srivastava, a well-known actor-comedian, is making progress toward recovery. He is recovering gradually. His company manager stated that although he is still on life support in the ICU, his condition has slightly improved. After having a heart attack on August 10, Srivastava was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in this city.

On the same day, the 58-year-old stand-up comedian had an angioplasty.

“Raju’s condition is gradually improving. He is receptive to the therapy. His health has improved, and he can now move several of his bodily parts. He is still on a ventilator and in the ICU. His return to consciousness is expected to take around a week, according to the doctors “Nayan Soni, the artist’s manager, told PTI.

On his official Instagram profile last Friday, Srivastava’s family posted a statement claiming that his health was “stable” and asking followers to “ignore any Rumor/fake news being spread.”

The notification said, “My dear friends, Raju Srivatava ji is doing well. We are asking for God’s rapid healing for him. He is being treated by doctors, who are doing their best. We are grateful for everyone’s continuing love and support. Please disregard any rumours or false information being spread. Please pray for him.”

 

Srivastava, a well-known figure in the entertainment business since the 1980s, shot to prominence in 2005 after taking part in the inaugural season of the reality stand-up comedy programme “The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.”
In Hindi movies like “Maine Pyar Kiya,” “Baazigar,” the remade version of “Bombay to Goa,” and “Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiya,” Srivastava has appeared. He also serves as the director of the Uttar Pradesh Film Development Council.
